DIA DAO is looking for contributors to join the HR Guild
When DIA launched in 2018, it leveraged a community of incentivised developers to source and validate data. This was only the start — a core part of DIA’s mission is to decentralise the organisation and enable a diversely skilled community of like-minds that self-organises to create value for the project. In short: To become a DAO.
Our Goal:To build a formal framework to enable the DIA community to support the growth and development of DIA and to earn rewards while doing so. The inception of this ‘Work DAO’ is a major milestone in the journey to a fully matured DAO. In this post, we will unbox how we plan to raise and operate DIA’s decentralised workforce.

Build pipelines of candidates, run first interviews, benchmarks with other DAOs for compensation and best practices, analytics, build partnerships with benefits, organise events in the DAO.
Generalist experience with HR, business operations, or finance, in one or more fields, Ability to research and find relevant data and information, better if the person is well connected in the web3 and DeFi space.
At least 1-year experience with HR in the tech industry, interest in web3 and DeFi.
Design and implement best practices for DAOs with guild leader and keep improving it based on members' feedback and inputs about their experience in the DAO. Use data and benchmark information to make decisions. Create materials to support guild leaders about best hr practices, organise webinars about specific subjects like performance management, OKRs, Wellness, etc
Professional with specialised experience in at least one HR field, background in psychology, human resources, or finance. Execute tasks with autonomy and collaborate with other members when necessary, discuss ideas and best practices, well connected in the web3 and DeFi space.
At least 2 years of experience in a specific area of HR
