Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, with working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines. Preference for HR business partners who have partnered directly with business leaders and employees in creating employee-focused solutions and implementing change
  • Passionate about owning outcomes, setting bold goals and driving high quality results
  • Experience leading change leveraging strong program management skills--ability to lead and work effectively across diverse teams; thinks, plans and able to execute end-to-end to deliver integrated solutions, while remaining agile and resilient
  • Communicates effectively with ability to influence at all levels in the organization
  • Strong business acumen— understands business strategy and priorities and can translate business needs and trends to create solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights to drive decisions ability to navigate complexity and thrive in a fast paced and changing environment using strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Passionate about continuous learning; purposely expands their understanding of HR disciplines and how to innovate in HR

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage large programs consisting of multiple complex human resources projects
  • Lead the design, and rollout of new human resources programs or strategic initiatives. Distill pain points and ideas into actionable strategies, plans, and actions
  • Anticipate and mitigate risk by conducting assessments across the program to determine if the implementation plans meet stakeholder requirements and will achieve strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement company-wide change management plans
  • Draft and publish standard operating procedures and other necessary documents to support the human resources programs
  • Translate business objectives into projects with clearly defined scope, timing, deliverables, resources, and key measures of success
  • Identify all stakeholders, both direct and indirect, and determine the level of involvement needed for project success
  • Create project plans, including timelines and milestones
  • Effectively set and communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
  • Define project success criteria and communicate to the team throughout the project life cycle
