Responsibilities
- Critical thinking in identifying problems and driving appropriate solutions
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices
- Experience with a rapidly changing and complex work environment.
- Overseeing recruitment efforts
- Provide guidance on employee behavior and help with conflict resolution
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
- Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees
- Find ways to build employee morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention
- Work closely with our human resources team to develop policies, programs, and solutions
Requirements
- 5 years of Human Resources Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
- Experience working with a global team
- Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource practices, including employee relations
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability with training and development programs
