We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Partner Success Manager to join our team in a rapidly growing Web3 gaming organization. As the Partner Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our business by ensuring the satisfaction and success of our strategic and portfolio partners within the Merit Circle DAO. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships with key partners, understanding their needs and goals, and working collaboratively to achieve mutual success. Your main focus will be to provide exceptional support and guidance to our partners, helping them maximize the value and benefits of our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for our partners, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong background in partner management and a passion for building and maintaining successful partnerships in web3 gaming. This role will work closely with the marketing and tech integration teams to develop, track and execute campaigns in a strict timeline to our partner's needs.

For this role, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in partner management or a related field within the game industry. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to establish and maintain strong relationships with partners.

Your day-to-day activities as a Partner Success Manager include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with strategic partners in the game industry.
  • Understanding partner needs, goals, and challenges, and working collaboratively to ensure their success.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Conducting regular check-ins with partners to review progress, provide updates, and gather feedback.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partner initiatives.
  • Monitoring and analyzing partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights and guidance to partners.


  • 2+ years of experience in partner management or a related field within the game industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing strategic partnerships and driving partner success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Passion for the game industry and a solid understanding of its landscape.
  • Proactive and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to anticipate partner needs and provide proactive support.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, enabling clear and effective communication.
