The Bankless Nation is looking for a Social lord to take our audience to the next level. With a following of over 200k, we’re looking for someone to take us to the moon. We need someone who knows our brand, know our voice, and can jump right into our socials without skipping a beat. This position requires someone who has a proven track record of growing a social following and knows/loves the Bankless ecosystem. This person will own and shape Bankless’ online voice. Is this you? Ideal Candidate:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role who has grown a following
- Understanding of market trends with cryptocurrency, meme, and deeply knows Bankless’ culture and ethos
- Ability to deliver creative content and build strategies for brand engagement
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- At least 5 years in Marketing and 3 years of hands-on real world experience working in digital marketing social media
- The ideal candidate with have a mid-to-high level of expertise within the crypto/NFT space
- Proven experience managing social media teams and content teams, from graphics designers to video editors and animators
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute strategy to ramp up our community (AMAs, community events, influencer outreach, polls, etc.
- Manage various social media accounts on platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Facebook, Youtube, etc
- Source, craft, and publish social media content
- Produce reports and track & measure results
- Support programmatic & social media advertising
- Launch marketing & PR campaigns
- Build up an engaged audience within our core target audiences
- Budget, ROI, and KPI management
- Comfortability in strategizing campaigns, roadmaps, and digital media and marketing strategies
- Suggest and implement new features, promotions, campaigns based on social listening and social sentiment
