Responsibilities
- Support recruiting efforts and create a lasting and impactful candidate experience
- Support the management of end-to-end talent acquisition including but not limited to sourcing, recruiting and recruitment operations
- Scheduling interviews; overseeing preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
- Maintaining a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions
- Send communications to candidates during the recruitment process
Requirements
- Experience with full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, recruiting, scheduling, and interviewing in-house
- 2 years of recruiting experience in a technical industry or company
- A team player who can influence and develop effective partnerships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Skilled at identifying and engaging passive candidates and building diverse pipelines
