Regen Network realigns the agricultural economy with ecological health by creating a global platform for planetary stewardship. Using distributed ledger and remote sensing technology, our team is creating new tools for how humanity relates to its environment.

Our team spans Pacific Time to Central European Time. Candidates from the US time zone preferred.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various channels and methods
  • Plan and conduct technical screening calls, interviews, and assessments
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions with our hiring managers that reflect each position’s requirements and our culture
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruiting needs
  • Research market to inform sr. mgmt. on hiring trends, market comp levels, and other factor affecting hiring decisions
  • Develop long-term recruiting strategies and processes
  • Provide a smooth and positive hiring experience for candidates
  • Assist with onboarding new hires both operationally and culturally
  • Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills allowing you to organize competing priorities daily and to navigate ambiguity.
  • Passion for logistics and efficiency with the ability to effectively manage scheduling requests while putting yourself in the shoes of both candidates and interviewers.

Experience:

  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience recruiting
  • You have experience with using various interview techniques and evaluation methods, specifically recruiting software engineers
  • You are creative and flexible when sourcing talent
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, able to take charge and get things done despite the unknowns
  • You are able to work effectively as part of a diverse, remote team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with curated recruiting platforms ( LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter , Angel list Recruiter os similar)

  • You’re a self-starter and can work well in a decentralized (literally!) team – we’re spread across 9 time zones
  • You thrive in a complex environment
  • You are passionate about blockchain technology and a decentralized future
  • You’re passionate about fighting climate change and other environmental problems — knowledge of permaculture, regenerative agriculture, or ecology is a bonus
  • Blockchain experience

We offer competitive salaries and a flexible work environment. This role may be full time or structured as a contractor position depending on the candidate. Competitive pay (cash + token comp) with bonuses when successful candidates are onboarded.
