Bankless is looking to hire a Director of Business Development to join the team.

Who is Bankless Labs?

Earnifi is THE web3 notification platform. With airdrops, POAP tokens, ENS names, and NFT notifications going out to over 235,000 Ethereum addresses, Earnifi has brought over $150 million to everyday users since launching in February 2021.

Earnifi is fully remote and looking to work with folks who thrive in a distributed world across both time zones and language barriers. English fluency is required as well as time-change overlap with the United States.

From the birth of Earnifi from EthGlobal’s hackathon, Earnifi has been relentlessly focused on product and delivering value quickly. Earnifi is a small team that operates with very few meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Formulate and lead the overall business development/partner strategy
  • Identity, cultivate and grow partnerships across the spectrum of web3 brands and protocols — responsible for developing the partnerships that drive our transactional volume and growth over the coming years
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities — contact and prospect potential opportunities and partners through outbound efforts
  • Create relationships with developers and teams building innovative blockchain products
  • Collaborate ****with CTO and product teams to align business development efforts with the overall focus of the company. Stay updated with the technical and product teams on the latest with product developments and potential future products

Requirements

  • You are a self-starter, self-driven and a dealmaker
  • You are fluent in web3 demonstrated by comfortability writing and speaking about products and trends in various web3 ecosystems
  • You are passionate about partner relationships/networking
  • You are a results-oriented business leader with a proven track record of success in business development
  • You have experience in strategic business development or deal making/closing experience
