Polygon is the leading platform for Ethereum scaling and infrastructure development. The Director, Talent Acquisition of Polygon Technology will lead the company’s recruiting and Talent Acquisition strategies to attract top tier talent. You will oversee the Talent Acquisition team’s efforts in optimizing the candidate experience and sourcing strategy while focusing on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

We are seeking a senior leader who can foster and manage relationships with stakeholders, comfortable taking calculated risks and implementing innovative solutions. You will need to understand what it takes to move a successful, rapidly growing organization from good to great, and think creatively and strategically while rolling up their sleeves to act tactically when necessary while possessing an unrelenting focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single threaded leader across the global Polygon Technology businesses
  • Lead a large global recruiting team including Recruiting Managers and Recruiters
  • Drive hiring results across all major hiring locations including North America, Europe, and India
  • Closely track hiring trends, leveraging data/analytics resources to develop regular narratives to influence business leaders on way to improve hiring results
  • Optimize candidate experience
  • Work closely with numerous key stakeholders to drive recruiting strategy and execution: senior business leaders, HR, Finance, Compensation, Branding, Communications, PR and Legal

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years recruiting experience across multiple departments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments
  • Professionalism and ability to make others feel welcome
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Communicate effectively with Hiring Managers
