Polygon is looking to hire a Head of Data Privacy to join the team.

Job Description:
Design and implement a Web 3.0 RIM compliance frameworks, policies, and processes
Monitor and test RIM compliance with respective stakeholders
Support in implementing data and RIM compliance training to ensure that employees understand their responsibilities
Oversee data privacy and security, PII, and related controls
Support company risk assessments and third party risk assessments
Qualifications:
10+ years of compliance or related experience in consulting, Big Tech, FinTech or Crypto/Web 3.0 industry
Strong understanding and experience with data privacy laws and regulations
Excellent analytical and demonstrated ability to setup a RIM program
Excellent writing skills and the ability to succinctly convey information to senior leaders
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with a goal-oriented mentality
Strong project management and time-management skills
