Role:

Polygon Technology is seeking a Head of Total Rewards to join our growing team. As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will be developing and administering all compensation and benefits programs to support the attraction and retention of our greatest asset, our employees.

Responsibilities

· Serves as an HR advisor and business partner to design and deploy competitive total reward plans that are aligned with Company goals and competitive practices · 10-15+ years of experience · Evaluates external salary and benefit data annually to facilitate the development of fair, equitable and appropriate compensation and benefit offerings that address the diverse needs of our employees · Develops and maintains the Company's job architecture and compensation structure · Proactively integrates diversity, equity, and inclusion into all areas of total rewards including but not limited to; pay and pay equity and benefit strategies to retain, grow and attract underrepresented talent. · Other duties as assigned
