What we're looking for
We are looking for a Marketing Director with a strong product background to lead the marketing effort of our organization. In this role you will manage and drive the marketing and communications strategy, connecting to key stakeholder groups and communities of Impossible.
We are a primarily remote company with some bases of operation in Singapore, HK, the US, and India, so good communication skills are necessary. English is the primary language of communication.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategy for new products, feature enhancement, and token listings.
- Make data-driven decisions when framing hypotheses, determining product-market fit, evaluating campaign performance, and setting goals.
- Unlock new user growth through product offerings design, new marketing channels, media campaigns and affiliates collaboration.
- Provide market and competitive intelligence, monitor KPI and trends in communities to inform overall marketing and product strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading successful marketing strategy and PR communication in crypto space.
- Product-driven. Strong understanding of product, users and platform.
- Deep understanding of growth & optimization. Able to roll up your sleeves to pull and analyze the data and gain insights.
