People and Talent at SuperRare:

At SuperRare, our mission is to create a global art economy fit for the digital age. We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who is excited about digital art and NFTs to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of People Ops, you will support the full recruitment experience at SuperRare and be an ambassador for our company brand and culture. With strong technical knowledge, you will recruit candidates across Engineering, Product, and Design teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of SuperRare's culture, products, strategic direction, and competitors, and use this knowledge to craft compelling messaging to potential candidates
  • Lead the technical recruitment strategy & execution of recruitment lifecycle activities
  • Write effective technical job descriptions, partnering with hiring managers, and communicating expectations to candidates
  • Proactively source candidates through a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, building a consistent pipeline of talent for fluid hiring
  • Manage an efficient, full-cycle recruitment process to meet hiring needs for multiple roles (phone screens, virtual interviews, negotiation and closing offers, etc.)
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience at each point of contact (initial outreach, phone screen,close etc.)
  • Identify talent/market-facing collateral (blogs, social media, etc.) to engage and grow the overall talent pipeline for SuperRare
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruiters, agencies and the crypto recruitment community
  • Work closely with hiring managers across functions to establish best practices and fine-tune effective processes
  • Partner with experienced tech hiring managers and current recruitment team to meet exceptional industry demand

What you have:

  • High powered energy in an increasingly chaotic market
  • Startup/fast paced High Tech environment experience
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting technical, product, and design talent
  • Experience with remote recruitment, hiring and onboarding (national, and international)
  • A candidate focused mindset, the desire to innovate and automate recruitment processes

  • The ability to be in seemingly multiple places at the same time
  • A passion for Web3
  • Experience recruiting current or former FAANG level candidates (recruitment sales acumen)
