Merit Circle is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that creates opportunities for crypto and gaming enthusiasts, in building and working in the metaverse.

Through our 4 verticals - Investments, Gaming, Studios and Marketplace, we are able to focus our attention on improving our existing operations and developing new products. Together, these verticals enable us to support, create and positively influence the many areas of the gaming industry.

We have grown tremendously in the past few months, and are always on the lookout for team-members that can fit into building our ever-expanding DAO!

About the role:

We are looking for an organized, reliable and empathetic Support specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in distilling complex ideas into more simple terms, taking on a patient and positive approach when helping users and is excited about providing fast-paced support in a high-growth startup. The Support specialist should be comfortable with tech topics and have a foundational understanding of cryptocurrency, NFTs and blockchain technology. They are expected to work in a productive and organized manner, and be proficient in written English.

As a potential support specialist, you will be responsible for delighting our users with world-class customer support and help make blockchain games more accessible for the masses. For this position, you will be required to be online and available during the normal working hours (9am-5pm) PHT (UTC+8:00).

Requirements

  • Answer technical customer inquiries via email
  • Generate high-quality educational resources for our users and team
  • Work collaboratively with our product team and engineers to understand, prioritize and implement users feedback
  • Learn and grow with a fast-growing team

Strong pluses

  • 1-3+ years of previous SaaS Support experience and high volume support
  • Foundational knowledge of cryptocurrency, NFTs, and/or blockchain technology
