Accountabilities
Task management for hiring is smooth, Work Stream Leads know how to fill their open positions, and screening/interviewing candidates is easy, all because of you!
Projects/tasks
Run DAO hiring sync, cat herd WS leads to post open positions, help screen candidates, coordinate with onboarding committee to turn highly qualified DAO applicants into FT contributors Skills needed
Recruiter/Interviewer skills, Database management (airtable or notion skills +), Project Management skillset/approach is a bonus!
