We are looking for a highly motivated Partnerships Manager who can stretch across corporate functions (Product, Marketing, Legal) and special projects to work with new and existing partners to help Magic Eden scale.

What you'll be doing;

  • You'll work within the partnerships team to evaluate and onboard companies and protocols. This will include communication and planning with strategic partners within the ecosystem, marketing and product prioritisation, data entry and organisation
  • Responsible for responding back to inquiries of potential new partners wanting to work with Magic Eden across inbound channels (email, twitter, instagram, discord) within a timely manner. Ability to understand which questions to escalate.
  • You'll organise partner feedback to make sure Magic Eden is addressing common themes and issues
  • Estimate and track volume, visibility and other benefits from partners we work with
  • Ability to communicate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product and engineering to coordinate projects in-flight and strong judgment of when to escalate issues in coordinating internally with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to existing processes

About you;

  • Partnerships and/or project management experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Strong ability to multitask. You will be helping out with hundreds of relationships at once. We are looking for someone who can stay organised and be accountable for all deadlines and stay responsive in communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Patience and empathy for creators in all communications
  • Curiosity and love for learning

Nice to Haves;

  • Passionate about NFTs and specifically Solana
  • Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and web3 applications
