GnosisDAO is looking to hire an Ecosystem User Success Director to join the team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Internal champion for end users on the entire user journey – from acquiring tokens to successfully using dApps on the Gnosis Chain.
- Identify opportunities and leverage resources to shorten the end-user journey, such as designing products and publishing user-friendly tools.
- Distill and communicate end user feedback to the project/engineering teams to improve user experience.
- Demonstrate how end users can utilize Gnosis Chain in a variety of ways through training, demos, and strategy sessions.
- Work with the marketing team to design and execute customer engagement and success campaigns.
- Cultivate a satisfying user experience on Gnosis Chain for users of all levels of expertise on the blockchain.
WHO YOU ARE
- A champion of user experience and an internal customer advocate that can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, and engineering.
- Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure and L1/ L2 ecosystems.
- Solid experience in a customer/client-facing role such as Technical Product Manager.
- Ability to have technical conversations with users of all levels of sophistication.
- Problem-solving skills around technical, product, and business questions.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Prior experience at a growth stage Web3 company.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
