Polygon is looking to hire a Graphics Designer to join the team.
Polygon is the leading platform for Ethereum scaling and infrastructure development. The Role
We're looking for a Graphic designer who can boost the creative process of the creative team. You will be part of a diverse, multi-disciplinary team that is responsible for designing creatives, banners, event materials, and brand kits for Polygon.
What you need to succeed:
- Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
- You are comfortable with creating visuals in 2D or 3D
- Can create innovative, performant and compelling graphic/UI elements balancing strong aesthetics with clear functionality.
- You can use, create and manage comprehensive design systems & component libraries.
- Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
- Review junior designer drafts to ensure quality.
- Generating fresh concepts.
- Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
- Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
- Develop clear guidelines and identity that others can follow.
Other Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience
- You are comfortable with creating visuals in 2D or 3D
- A keen eye for visual details.
- Aesthetic skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
- Expertise in creating design systems, product guidelines, brand guidelines, mood boards and motion studies
- Meticulous sense of detail and ability to seek out simple solutions to complex design challenges.
