Yield Guild Games is looking to hire a remote Minister of Industry to join the team. This is a full-time position that is 100% remote.

The Minister of Industry will oversee YGG Pilipinas’ partnerships with sub-guilds and scholarship managers, as well as lead collaboration with companies and organizations.
As the Minister of Industry you will oversee YGG Pilipinas’ various strategic partnerships and identify opportunities to form news ones that align with our business objectives and overall mission. You will also oversee the deepening of our relationships with existing YGG scholarship managers, partner companies and organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify partnership opportunities with corporations, companies and startups that align with YGG Pilipinas’ mission and our business goals
- Develop strong and long-term relationships with strategic partners
- Deepen the relationship of YGG Pilipinas and its partners by exploring various areas of collaboration
- Oversee the selection and onboarding of scholarship managers, and grow the number of YGG scholars in the Philippines
Experience & Skills:
- At least 8 years experience in business development and partnerships in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, tech, and/or telco industries
- At least 5 years in a management role leading a team
- Must have deep knowledge of cryptocurrency, Play to Earn and/or Web3
