Origin Protocol is looking to hire a Product Manager (NFTs) to join the team.
Origin Protocol's mission is bringing NFTs and Defi to the masses and reaching the next 100M users in crypto.
Our flagship products are Origin Story (www.story.xyz), the NFT platform that has powered multiple record-breaking NFT sales, and OUSD (www.ousd.com), the first stablecoin that earns yield automatically while in users' wallets. Our NFT platform token, OGN, is traded globally on Coinbase, Binance, Huobi, and other exchanges (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/origin-protocol/). Our OUSD governance token, OGV, will launch soon and be immediately tradable on additional top exchanges.
Role
We are on the lookout for a 'never take No for an answer' BD Manager to join the Origin Story Partnerships team. You will work with a team of other BD Managers to source, close, and manage partnerships for the Story NFT platform. Key responsibilities will include evangelizing our primary sale drop technology, our branded secondary marketplaces, and token-gated access features to prospective partners looking to build out their NFT ecosystems.
You will source partnerships from a variety of verticals, including established NFT projects (PFP, gaming, metaverse), as well as develop relationships with new projects looking to launch. We oftentimes work with tier-A celebrities/influencers and brands, so you should be prepared to have the confidence to manage relationships and guide partnership outcomes with strong personalities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development
- Demonstrated passion and high-level understanding of NFTs (must be a member of multiple NFT communities)
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing deals
- Extreme bias to action and hustle - we expect you to kick down doors that others won't
- High degree of organization and attention to detail
- Strong empathy, sales ability, and analytical ability
