PieDAO is looking to hire a remote Product Manager to join the team. This is a full-time position that is 100% remote.
We’re looking for a hyper-organised, experienced & visionary Product Manager to help us deliver the next generation of financial products to the users. As a Product Manager, you will work across teams to guide each product from inception through to launch and beyond, ensuring technical & business worlds meet to address users' needs. You will be able - and expected to - influence and shape the strategy & vision of the organisation.
You will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and efficient product management process, contributing to the development roadmap, managing a rapidly growing engineering team, and ensuring deadlines are met.
While some of our other openings require deeply specialised knowledge of crypto & blockchain industry, the primary requirement for this role is a solid experience (including deep knowledge of best practices ) in successfully managing the development cycle of consumer products in fast-moving markets.

Responsibilities
- Own the product development cycle from inception to roadmap, launch and maintenance
- Skilfully navigate between Strategy, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams
- Manage a rapidly growing engineering team and help establish efficient processes ensuring clear communication and adherence to deadlines
- Articulate business requirements into clear product requirements, and vice versa: help relay the core messaging around product upgrades and new releases to Growth & Marketing teams
- As crypto often counts one day for a human year, be able to swiftly adapt to rapidly changing environments. Be bold to lead fast experiments and iterations to ensure PieDAO maintains its leading position in the industry
- Participate in strategy discussions and actively engage with the community to understand users' needs
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in senior Product Management roles in a fast-growing industry
- Deep knowledge of best practices and efficient processes for managing rapidly growing engineering teams
- Proven track record of successfully working across teams including Strategy, Design, Marketing, and Engineering to bring products to life
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical problems in digestible ways
- Some familiarity and demonstrated interest in crypto, open communities and DAOs
Nice to have
- Experience shipping Fintech products
- 1+ years full-time experience in a blockchain based project
