GnosisDAO is looking to hire a Finance Assistant to join the team.

The Role
We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our team in Berlin.
In this role the Finance Assistant will be required to build a good understanding of our accounts payable and accounts receivable process, and will take on responsibility for preparing accurate and timely financial reports. The role involves problem-solving and creative thinking while aiming to achieve continuous improvement of accounting processes.
You'll be responsible for
- Take ownership of our accounts payable process
- Be involved with inter-company billing, funding and reconciliations
- Assist our team in our day-to-day business, including:maintaining company accounting and tax policies,make travel arrangementsorganize internal events/meetingsmanage office orders/requestsmanage the company's equipment/swag inventorymanage the company's annual calendar
- Assist with the preparation of annual Financial Statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Who You are
- You have experience as a Financial Assistance, Office Manager or in an administrative role
- You have a vocational certificate in Accounting or Finance or similar certificate
- You have excellent MS Excel skills
- You have excellent organizational and management skills with an ability to think proactively andprioritize tasks
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have strong interpersonal skills
- You have an excellent command of English
- Is a plus: fluency in German
