Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data-driven reporting and dashboards
- Enable product development by informing product roadmaps with insights derived from internal and external data sources
- Identify patterns of successfully engaged customer behaviour using data-driven models
- Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders on multiple projects
- Work closely with our business and engineering teams to provide insights on outcomes that the teams can then act upon
- Identify and compile data sets using a variety of tools to help predict, improve, and measure the success of key business outcomes
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a product analyst position or something similar
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or an equivalent experience
- Strong experience in data interpretation, data analysis and dashboarding with tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar languages;
- Experience in software product-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated must be able to work independently to prioritize activities and set functional goals/objectives
- Able to dive into the data to solve business problems
- Knowledge of growth analytics metrics such as engagement, impressions, conversion, etc.
Nice to haves
- Experience working in a startup environment
- A strong passion and in depth knowledge of the NFT ecosystem
- An understanding of blockchain, crypto and Web3 applications
- Experience with data visualization tools, techniques and concepts
- Experience with Looker, Python, Javascript, Scala, etc.
