Yield Guild Games is looking to hire a remote Minister of Culture to join the team. This is a full-time position that is 100% remote.

The Minister of Culture will lead YGG Pilipinas’ community building initiatives in the Play to Earn space. You will be conceptualizing and implementing strategies to grow and deepen our relationship with the community. These may include events, activations, KOL and influencer marketing among others.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direction to grow YGG’s engagement with the broader Play to Earn community
- Create strategies to maximize mileage from the KOL Creator Program and events
- Ideate out of the box concepts for community activations
- Oversee and manage the Ministry of Culture including leads for KOLs and events
Experience & Skills:
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing, event management and influencer marketing, preferably in blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech or tech.
- At least 5 years in a management role leading a team.
- Deep knowledge in cryptocurrency, Play to Earn and/or Web3.
