Rarible DAO is looking to hire a Rarible Protocol Marketing Lead for its team. This position is a full-time position that is 100% remote.

Rarible Protocol is the only open-source and community-governed protocol in the industry that allows projects to create fully customized NFT experiences of any level and complexity. As our ecosystem keeps growing at a lightning pace, we are looking for a marketing lead who will take charge of our web3 marketing activities in alignment with our development roadmap.
We have embarked on a journey that no one has taken before, so we are looking for a pretty unique set of skills in our future colleague. We prioritize the visionary approach and ability to think in the terms of web3 as the new internet, which definitely means outside of the box. If you have these rare qualities, Rarible needs you!
Here is what you will be focusing on:
- Work with the core team to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase the brand awareness and value Rarible Protocol
- Collaborate with business development and developer relations team to facilitate the adoption of Rarible Protocol
- Set and manage overall marketing budget
- Monitor market trends and user insights and incorporate these in an overall marketing strategy in on ongoing basis
Required skills & experience:
- Experience in a senior marketing role, ideally with an L1 blockchain or protocol
- Data-driven approach to marketing to developer communities
- Strong work ethics and comfortable prioritizing in a fast changing environment
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
